Have a look at Amira, an original character initially created by Knight Zhang and then brought into the 3D world by Milla Khimich.
The girl in beautiful headwear was made using ZBrush, Maya, Substance 3D Painter, 3DCoat, and Marmoset Toolbag.
Khimich managed to capture the likeness really well, hand-painting the portrait to look even closer to the original. Perhaps we will see a full-body model one day.
